As principal of The Marsten Group, Marian Marsten Rosaaen has established a real estate practice that pays attention to every detail, provides extraordinarily intelligent advice, successfully guides each client to achieve their unique quest and does so with consistence, all while having fun. 

She is dedicated to understanding her clients’ individual needs and providing them with exceptional real estate experiences — putting each unique client at the center of the process, delivering superior service with insight, innovation, honesty and integrity. She has earned the reputation of providing prompt, personal, effective attention and the devotion and flexibility that every consumer should demand. 

In addition, Marian brings over 12 years of domestic and international corporate business acumen to each transaction. She helps clients develop a real estate strategy designed to reach their financial goals using current market data, cost-to-value comparisons and quantitative analysis. With extensive experience in marketing, finance and negotiation, she is able to cut through complex issues and help guide decisions with professionalism and focus. 

With intentionality, she has successfully developed a relational, referral-based practice -- one that offers discreet, friendly professionalism. Her approach and unwavering work ethic have helped to establish and maintain ongoing relationships with sports, entertainment and family office representatives. These relationships, along with a nationwide referral network, allow her to develop and execute real estate acquisition and sale strategies throughout the country. 

Marian believes that every individual and family have a vision, mission and passion. In support of those, annual, charitable contributions are made to the organizations near and dear to her client’s hearts. Contributions have previously been made to Martha's Table, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, The Alzheimer’s Association of America and the American Cancer Society, to name a few. 

Born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in Vero Beach, Florida, Marian has called the Washington, DC area home since 1999. When not reading the latest business, financial or real estate book, she can be found working out, running and working in earnest, although not effectively, to spend more time on the golf course. 

Marian is honored to be ranked among the top 10% of Realtors in the Washington, DC area, recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as a 2018, 2019 and 2020 'Top Agent' and is an active member of The George Town Club, Top Agent Network, The Domestic Estate Managers Association, Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
